12 String
A wider fingerboard than usual makes this a much more accessible instrument for 6 and 12 string players alike. Bright, crisp and loud ideal for both vocal accompaniment or solo finger style playing.
-
12 String Classical
For the customer who wants a significantly different tonal experience. An extra wide neck allows conventional playing styles to be adopted, giving an additional sonic dimension to the classical guitar repertoire.
-
10 String Classical
The guitar is based on the model that was championed by Narciso Yepes, & tuned down from the conventional 6 string the remaining bass strings are C, A ,G Sharp, F Sharp.
-
Baritone
An extra long scale length of 735 mm twinned with a considerably heavier gauge stringing gives this instrument a more pianistic range than that of any conventional guitar.
-
Bluebird
Created in response to the demands of today's eclectic playing styles. Responds well to accompaniment but also the mid-sized body gives clear separation ideal for both flat picking or finger style playing
-
Custom Style No. 1
My own shape designed to satisfy all the demands of today's players in one guitar model. A deep body gives excellent volume without being too boomy, providing a well balanced warmth of tone colours.
-
Custom Style No. 2
A hybrid between the Custom Style No1 and a more traditional 0014, able to still provide a big sound if pushed yet still capable of dealing with a more intimate repertoire.
-
Drop Key Guitar
Designed specifically with the drop tuner in mind. Higher body sound holes provide a superior tone in the lower registers, with a cutaway for full fingerboard access.
-
Jumbo J200
A jumbo body for an expansive sound, the best sounding larger bodied guitar available for today's accompanist. Powerful, loud with a good bass end and clear ringing trebles.
-
Model 0012 Parlour Guitar
The quintessential parlour shape, 630 mm scale length, 12 fret neck, slotted head with a pyramid bridge. An intimate sounding picker's guitar, a well balanced warmer sound than some of its larger cousins.
-
Model 0014 Guitar
A mid sized body with a powerful well balanced tone. A very popular model ideal for any one requiring a traditional instrument feel that is well pitched for most styles of playing.
-
Smaller Parlour Guitars
A tighter more intimate sounding instrument, for the discerning fingerstyle picker & accompanist. Pyramid bridge, slotted head, fitted Waverly vintage machines with snake wood buttons.
-
Tenor Bluebird
With a scale length of 450 mm tuned A to A this instrument works best in an ensemble setting or equally with transcribed early music pieces. A bright clear punchy sound in the higher registers of the guitar.
-
Uffington Concert Classical
The Uffington Concert Classical. Has an advanced strutting pattern for a balanced concert quality projection. Inlayed with the Iconic Uffington white horse symbol in Mother Of Pearl within a roman torque off set sound hole rosette, & featuring a built-in shoulder rest to avoid soundboard dampening.
-
Vintage Parlour Guitar
An ideal finger style guitar with a more subtle tonal range than that of its larger bodied contemporaries. With a 630 mm scale length, tight waist and a pyramid bridge this is a very traditional take on the earliest models of the steel string family.
